Otherwise, the temperature is too low, the local is easy to brittle, the temperature is too high, the surface of the industrial rubber roller is easy to carbonize, and the peeling phenomenon will occur during printing, resulting in the decline of the quality of the rubber roller, which does not have its good characteristics, can not transmit the ink well, resulting in waste. These two steps are the key to determining the quality of the roller. Although the surface of the industrial rubber roller looks smooth, there are still many small uneven parts on the surface. Grinding and polishing is to make the size of the rubber roller more accurate, the surface smoother, so that its ink transfer performance is better, and the quality of the printed product is higher.
