2. The metal roller core is a hollow cylinder, and the wall thickness should be uniform and consistent;
3. The structural size and surface processing of the metal roller core should comply with the provisions of the agreement between the production and the user;
4. The metal core surface of the polyurethane roller shall not have defects such as trachoma and pores;
5. The shaft of the metal core must have center holes at both ends;
6. The metal core of the polyurethane roller should have the requirements of the physical tolerance (runout, coaxiality, cylindrical degree), and be consistent with the rubberized polyurethane roller;
7. The requirements for the static balance of metal cores shall be agreed upon by both supply and demand.
